SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIAL TO OUR PROXY STATEMENT
FOR OUR ANNUAL MEETING TO BE HELD ON JULY 28, 2016
This Supplement dated June 29, 2016 amends and supplements the Proxy Statement of Skyline Medical Inc. (“we,” “our” or the “Company”) dated June 24, 2016 (the “Proxy Statement”) with the following information.
Appointment of Proxy Solicitor
Subsequent to filing the Proxy Statement for our Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) to be held on July 28, 2016, we retained Laurel Hill Advisory Group, LLC (“Laurel Hill”), an independent proxy solicitation firm, to assist in soliciting proxies on our behalf. We have agreed to pay Laurel Hill a fee of $7,500, plus out-of-pocket expenses, for these services. In addition, we have agreed to reimburse Laurel Hill for telephone solicitation calls, which we estimate will result in an aggregate of $7,500 in additional fees. We bear all proxy solicitation costs. If stockholders need assistance with casting or changing their vote, they should contact our proxy solicitor, Laurel Hill, toll-free at 888-742-1305.
